PART A: SHIPPING
We are always all hands-on deck so we try to get orders out as quick as 2-4 business days of receiving payment, however delays can occur so please bear that in mind when placing an order with us. During a sale period, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter etc. Turnaround times will change. Our cut off periods will be displayed via our socials & our website so please keep these times & dates in mind when placing your order during these busy periods.
We understand the importance of keeping those shipping costs at a low in order of taking care of our customers which is why we have made every effort to find the best deals we can in offering you the cheapest possible rates.
Shipping costs are estimated on size and weight of items. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout. We use Australia post. Check out their site for shipping information also.

If you have some last-minute items to order don’t worry, we offer express shipping via Australia Post. Please be advised express postage refers to a faster postal service when your item is shipped. It doesn't affect or change our turnaround times which are on the website. This service is shipped from Melbourne and takes approximately 1-2 business days depending on your location. Please allow extra time outside of major city CBD postcodes as Australia Post’s next day guarantee may not apply.

Once the parcel leaves our hands, we put our faith in the couriers to do their part and deliver parcels on time. In the event a parcel is delayed but still delivered we don't accept refunds on those orders.
3.FREE SHIPPING
Who doesn’t love free shipping. That’s why here at Mama Bear Bebe we offer such a thing. Just spend $150 or over and free shipping is automatically added to your cart at checkout.

4.RE DELIVERY
In the event the parcel has been returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address on the parcel we will organise re delivery at the customer's expense. We use the exact details provided on the order form, so please make sure your address is correct before completing checkout.
All parcels are sent out with tracking and customers are also notified via email/text of their shipment.
Please keep an eye on tracking in the event no one is home to receive the parcel and you need to collect from you local post office or organise re delivery. Parcels that are shipped back to us due to a customer not collecting their parcel will also need re delivery at the customer's expense.

PART B: RETURNS
If your order is incorrect or if your item has arrived damaged, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please have the parcel on hand so we can assess the parcel once we have been provided with information and photos from you. We will respond to you as soon as possible to inform you if we are able to issue a refund.

Majority of our items cannot be refunded due to hygiene purposes (for example, there are NO REFUNDS on Dummies that have been opened), however if the item has not been touched, opened out of packaging but is incorrect, damaged by physical appearance upon arrival to you, then this is something we will consider. Please also make sure you have the invoice handy so we can double check things on the invoice.
We will decide to replace the incorrect/damaged items. Only if the item can be resold. If items have been in use, then we are unable to accept returns on used items.
Returns for change of mind will mean postage costs will be at your expense. Upon receiving the items back in their unopened state, we will issue you a refund. If you would like to change an item over for a different style shipping will also be at your expense. We will then organise re shipping back to you also at your expense.

We are unable to accept ‘change of mind returns’ on our handmade custom ranges and due to the custom nature of the products we are not able to restock and resell them. All items on sale/samples or seconds are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty.

5.CHANGES TO ORDER
Please ensure to check your order customisations are exactly what you're after before purchasing as we make all orders according to the custom details left on the order, as once an order has already been made/shipped we aren't able to make any changes.

​6.LOST PARCELS / UNCLAIMED PARCELS
We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.

7.CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
Please ensure you provide the correct and accurate details, in order to avoid issues with shipping and parcels not being delivered.
Mama Bear Bebe takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
